These Terms govern the contractual relationship between you (the “Customer” or “Client”) and Bit Space Development Ltd.

2. Service Scope & One-Time Transaction Nature

bitspaceltd specializes in providing bespoke, made-to-order mirror solutions combined with professional on-site installation services for residential and commercial premises across Europe.

• One-Time Transaction Model: All purchases, including custom mirror specifications, pre-installation technical evaluations, digital measurement renders, and local mounting services, are executed as single, one-time transactions. There are no recurring subscriptions or automatic renewal charges.
• Service Fulfillment & No Physical Carrier Tracking Number: Our service model consists of direct, localized service fulfillment. Because our product delivery is combined directly with specialized local technicians and custom on-site installation crews, standard physical postal/courier shipping tracking numbers (such as DHL or FedEx parcel tracking codes) are not generated or provided. Proof of service fulfillment is documented via digital installation sign-off forms, scheduling confirmations, and verified on-site completion reports provided directly to the Customer upon appointment execution.

3. Digital Content, Custom Specifications & EU Right of Withdrawal Waiver

In accordance with European Union consumer law (EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU) and applicable consumer protection legislation:

IMPORTANT MANDATORY NOTICE REGARDING RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
For all digital design consultations, custom size schematics, pre-manufacturing specifications, and direct on-site installation bookings: Once the performance of digital service or custom preparation has commenced with your prior express consent, the Customer explicitly acknowledges and agrees that they forfeit and waive their statutory 14-day Right of Cancellation (Right of Withdrawal).

Furthermore, under Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized. All custom mirrors manufactured to bespoke dimensions, shapes, or tailored room specifications fall under this statutory exemption once production or digital design rendering begins.

4. Pricing, Payment Processing & Stripe Security

All transactions on www.bitspaceltd.com are billed in designated European local currencies (e.g., EUR, GBP) as stated during checkout.

• Payment Handler: All payment processing is securely managed by our authorized third-party payment provider, Stripe, Inc. (and its global affiliates).
• Payment Collection: Full payment or agreed deposit amounts are required at the time of placing an order or finalizing an installation appointment. Payment credentials are submitted directly to Stripe via encrypted protocols (PCI-DSS compliant). Bit Space Development Ltd. does not store full credit card details on its servers.
• Chargeback & Dispute Prevention: In the event of any query regarding billing, appointment scheduling, or service execution, the Customer agrees to contact [email protected] prior to initiating a bank chargeback. Because services are customized and scheduled on-site, complete records of customer consent, digital specification approval, and installation sign-off will be provided to payment processors in response to any fraudulent dispute claims.

5. Customer Responsibilities & On-Site Installation Terms

To ensure proper service delivery, the Customer agrees to:

1. Provide accurate room dimensions, structural wall information, and valid European address details during initial digital consultation.
2. Ensure safe, unobstructed access to the designated installation area at the scheduled appointment time.
3. Inspect the installed mirror product alongside the certified technician immediately upon completion of the installation service and execute the digital or paper Service Acceptance Form.

6. Age Restrictions & Legal Capacity

Services offered on www.bitspaceltd.com are intended exclusively for individuals aged 18 years or older who possess full legal capacity to enter into binding legal agreements. By submitting an order, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content displayed on www.bitspaceltd.com—including custom design graphics, photographic media, original brand assets, text, and layout—is 100% original content owned by Bit Space Development Ltd. or legally licensed for commercial use. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial exploitation of any site content is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law

Bit Space Development Ltd. shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from site access delays or customer failure to provide accurate installation structural data. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable corporate laws of Canada, while respecting mandatory consumer rights protections applicable under European Union law.
